A Big Thank You
I just wanted to send a personal thank you for taking such good care of our Harley (English Bulldog) and Beau (Goldendoodle). They both came in for a bath and grooming a couple of weeks ago. Harley is an old pro but  Beau is the newest addition to our family; his, mine and Beau makes ours! We just celebrated his first birthday. Beau had never been professionally bathed or groomed, actually he’s gotten quite accustomed to our children’s bathtub and my husband and I trying to lift him over the tub wall.

Naturally, I was very apprehensive about Beau being groomed for the first time, but I also knew that you have always done an exceptional job with Harley. You see, Beau is my baby, he follows me around the house all day, looks up at me with those incredible brown eyes and seems to understand everything that I say. He listens far better than any of our kids!

When I called to make the appointment, I was treated with so much respect and care, you walked me through the entire grooming process and put me at complete ease. The day of our appointment we were greeted with such sincerity and compassion, Beau immediately knew that Starstruck was a safe and loving place. He had fun and came out looking adorable as well!

Dear Elizabeth,
My wife Yvonne and I are extremely grateful to you and your staff for pointing out  to our attention on what could have been a life threatening issue for "Lilly" our German Shepherd.

We adopted Lilly from the Coastal German Shepherd Rescue out of San Diego.  She is an older female and has had several litters of puppy's in her lifetime.  The rules of most Animal Rescue organizations prior to adoption are animals are spade and or neutered.

What we did not know (and later found out) was "spading" older female dogs and especially those that had litters have an increased chance of developing mammary tumors due to the sudden hormonal change in the animals body.  The same applied for Lilly and we were not aware of potential problems that could arise down the road.

It was brought to our attention after her recent "dog bath" at Star Struck she had developed a mass on her abdomen.  Had it not been caught by the Star Struck staff, Lilly might not be so lucky. A quick trip to vet confirmed something was wrong and quick medical action was taken. Lilly is receiving additional medical care at this time.

We must stress again the great service that Star Struck Grooming & Pet Boutique has given us.  Not only do they provide great grooming service, they take that important next step and provide special care by alerting their clients of any "changes" that might need attention.

We certainly appreciate how lucky we are to have such a great group of individuals dedicated to real concern for our animals, and we cannot thank them enough for their caring concern to their clients and their real customers–the animals they care for.

Hi Elizabeth,
Your website is absolutely perfect and very informative.  I especially love the
Westie at the top of the website since I have one of my own.  He is so cute!   I
loved the way you groomed my bishon frise.  You gave him the teddy bear face and
he was just so cute.  He smelled wonderful too.  And you are and your staff a
very loving and caring about the dogs as well which to me is very important.
Buddy is one of my babies and since I love him so much I want to make sure that
he gets the good care and cut that he so rightfully deserves.  Thanks so much.

The people at Starstruck grooming do a fabulous job with our little Silky mix. Elizabeth and her team are very talented groomers who are very professional. They are all so good with our dog and shower him with love and attention.

When Bubba is finished with his appointment, he is sometimes allowed to walk around and play for awhile. When we come to get our little guy, not only does he look impeccable, we also know he's had a great time!

I could go on for days, about how much I love you guys. From the moment I walk in the door I know I am somewhere special, from your friendly atmosphere to the unique pet accessories.Coming to see you is always the highlight of my day, you should see how desperate the dogs get when they see me pull up at your salon. When I let them out of the car they run straight for your door, it makes me happy to know they love you too.

I would not trust my babies to anyone else but you.
