EVERYTHING we do at Star Struck is FOR YOUR PET, and always in THEIR best interest. We are completely against any form of cruelty to animals.  Therefore we have a "no demat" policy.  If there are a few mats here and there, we can usually get them out pretty easily with no discomfort to your pet.  However, if your dog has severe matting (per our professional opinion), the hair will be shaved off .  We will always attempt to keep as much length as possible, while still getting the mats off safely and humanely.

For the added safety of your pet and all those we care for, we also require that every pet has all current vaccinations ( dogs = DHLPP, Bordatella, Rabies) (cats = FVRCP, FELV, Rabies) before we will accept them in for grooming.  Proof of vaccines must be presented.  We provide our clients with a professional, safe, clean, and friendly environment where your pets will be groomed by experienced, gentle, professionals whose passion is caring for animals.
